Refund and Returns Policy
At Print Planet Ghana, we take pride in delivering high-quality products and services to our valued clients. We understand that sometimes circumstances may necessitate a refund or return. Our refund and returns policies are subject to the following guidelines:
Order Approval and Completion
- All orders approved by the client via voice, text, email, or in person, and subsequently completed, picked up, or shipped, are considered final and non-refundable.
- We encourage clients to thoroughly review their final designs before confirming their orders. Please check all details, including telephone numbers, dates, times, addresses, prices, and spelling, to ensure accuracy before placing your order. Once an order is confirmed, it enters our automated production process, and cancellations are not possible.
- In the event that work is suspended at the request of the client or delayed due to client-related issues, Print Planet Ghana reserves the right to seek payment for work already completed, materials specially ordered, and additional costs, including storage fees.
- Print Planet Ghana does not assume responsibility for proofreading or verifying designs and content before final completion and printing.
Cancellation and Refunds
- Cancellation requests are subject to an internal review based on the stage of processing the project production.
- Refunds resulting from cancellations are typically processed within 7 to 14 days, though the duration may vary depending on various factors.
- Clients are responsible for inspecting and confirming the condition of items upon receipt or pickup. Any issues or discrepancies should be reported immediately.
- The safety and security of orders delivered via external delivery services are the sole responsibility of the clients, whether sent or requested.
Ownership and Title
- Ownership of and title to the work pass to the customer upon full payment to Print Planet Ghana for the completed work.
In addition to the standard refund and returns policy outlined above, the following provisions apply:
Usage of Client Materials for Marketing
- Any product or service that has been rendered and photographed may be used as marketing material by Print Planet Ghana without requiring written notice or permission from the client.
- If a photograph or image of the client is visible on a product, it may still be used to advertise the company.
- The client can request for us to use or not use his our her image for our marketing purpose.
- Most printed items can include minimal contact details attached to the printing in a discreet manner.
Once a return is received and inspected, clients will be notified via email regarding the approval or rejection of their refund request. Approved refunds will be processed, and the credit will be applied to the original method of payment within a specified timeframe.
Late or Missing Refunds
If clients have not received a refund within the expected timeframe, they are advised to:
- Check their bank account.
- Contact their credit card company.
- Contact their bank.
Shipping costs for returning items are nonrefundable, and clients are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. For valuable items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the safe return of the item.
